Since 2011 the NoArte-PaeseMuseo organization arrange a horror-film program followed by a 3 days workshop entitled Dieci Notti di Sangue. The goal of the workshop is to help the viewer to identify the social, political and historical background behind horror films (presenting history and film-production as intimately related), as well as to recognize how sexuality and current social anxieties influence the development of different kind of monsters and plots.

THE ROLE OF FEAR  is a series of autobiographical experimental documentaries based on the facts that had radically changed my life and artistic production: working for a small mafia in Mexico, my numerous experiences with paranormal phenomena, my expertise on the horror genre and the forced disappearance of my younger sister in 2012.

Synopsis
From Crime to Art reveals my path from being a small-time criminal working for a mafia in Tepito, Mexico City to the decision of becoming an artist. This first part shows how my first artistic projects were developed at the edge of legality.

The first place where this performance took place was at the main cemetery in the city of Braunschweig in 2007.

On an attempt to capture the multiple ways to describe this simple action and to explore its possible meanings, I buried more than fourteen shovels in different contexts. Three shovels were buried on the small graveyard. The towns name is Stuhr-Heiligenrode, Germany. 

Another one lies directly under the goal-keepers feet on this football field.
